This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the State of Tennessee, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, exclusive of its rules governing choice of law and conflict of laws. The parties expressly stipulate to jurisdiction and laws of Shelby County, Tennessee, or the United States District Court. You the consumer must agree to the above terms and conditions prior to use of the service.
